Christmas turkey meal,
Really late, not much food left,
Skin, gravy, half bun.

WHEN HALLOWEEN COMES TO THE NORTH POLE

When Halloween comes to the North Pole,
The elves and reindeer shiver you see,
For the ghouls, ghosts and goblins, take their toll,
Even where the North Polars be,

 At the North Pole on Halloween ,
You leave out a cupcake,
Hoping that’s all the mean,
Halloweeners will take,

But, in fact Halloweeners have never done bad,
They just muck about howling and looking real mad,
And, it is well that Halloween comes but once each year,
For that is enough of a day for North Polars to fear.

RED PLANET CHRISTMAS

Red planet Christmas Day,
Santa didn’t come, no rockets on his sleigh,
With no blue and no green,
It was just a red toy less scene,
But, it’s great for some sand castle play.

NO FLOWERS AT THE NORTH POLE IN MAY

There are no flowers at the North Pole in May,
If you want flowers you must move away,
Excerpt for mistletoe,
In old socks that plant will grow,
Poinsettias are imported from Delray.

APRIL SNOW SHOWERS

April snow showers,
Bring the North Pole no flowers,
But, there is something to please,
At the North Pole there’s no fleas,
So, no baths until Mrs. Santa Claus hollers.
